Vibac is excited to present the new Excellence tape, with its patented surface printable backing and high performance natural rubber adhesive system. This tape will revolutionize the printable carton sealing tape industry bringing 21st century innovation to the next level.

PRINTABLE

Excellence's patented backing allows direct printing without corona treatment and without having to use a final release agent, thus reducing material and energy costs and offering improved  productivity and throughput, thereby increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Excellence can be printed with Polyamide Inks.

STRONG RESISTANCE

Extremely conformable Natural Rubber adhesive system provides strong and lasting bonds, even in the most demanding applications to ensure secure carton closure. Ideal for critical applications on highly recycled cartons too, rough or extremely smooth cartons, heavily inked cartons, as well as in dusty and/or humid environments.

HIGH THICKNESS 

The tape has a support made with 35 mµ of plastic film.

SILENT 

Silent unwinding for less workplace noise and easy application.

WRITABLE

The Excellence Tape's backing is directly writable and readily accepts inks from most pens.

EXTREMELY CONFORMABLE

The 35 mµ flexible and conformable backing provides less rigidity and allows better adhesive contact and adhesion to carton.
